We process and ship your order on the same day or the next business day...always!

We ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. We do not ship on major holidays. Orders placed on major holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

Shipping charges are based on the delivery option you choose and the weight of your items. You will see the shipping cost listed on the Submit Order page during checkout.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority/Insured mail or by USPS Express Mail/Insured with delivery confirmation.

All orders over $250.00 are shipped FREE.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

Priority Mail: Package arrives in 3-5 days depending on distance.
Express Mail: Package arrives in 1-2 days depending on distance.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses will take additional time.

USPS provides delivery confirmation. Tracking is not available. You can confirm delivery of a shipment at www.usps.com using the delivery confirmation number emailed to you at the time of shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The payment of import fees is the responsibility of the customer and is levied based on the laws of the country into which the products are being shipped.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International or Express Mail International with delivery confirmation.

All orders over $250.00 are shipped FREE.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Priority Mail International : Package arrives in 8-12 days.
Express Mail International: Package arrives in 5-7 days.
